Emails to ITHelpdesk@ashmi.org are placed into a ticketing system so that your issue can be addressed as quickly as possible. Be sure to provide as much information as possible in your email.
Regardless if instruction takes place on campus or remotely, the Academy's ITHelpdesk is available to students, faculty and staff. The ITHelpdesk is staffed from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday except on school holidays.
If your issue cannot be resolved via email, a Zoom meeting might be scheduled to provide remote, live support. You can suggest a meeting time via email if you feel a Zoom meeting will be needed to solve your technology issue.
When school is in-session on campus, feel free to visit the ITHelpdesk in person. The ITHelpdesk is located on the second floor in the Media Center. It's the middle office on the left as you walk into the Media Center.
