Kensington Hall
Signature Programs
At Kensington Hall, we believe that boys learn best when they're engaged, challenged, and inspired to connect learning to the real world. That’s why our program blends strong academics with experiential learning, including rich project-based opportunities and field trips that make subjects come alive. These experiences prepare students for high school and beyond, but it is our Signature Programs that define the Kensington Hall journey and set it apart.
Immersion Week: Learning Without Limits

At the end of each academic cycle, students step out of their usual schedule and into Immersion Week, a dedicated time for intensive, project-based learning. Whether tackling design challenges, engaging in service, or exploring new skills, boys collaborate and create with purpose. Immersion Weeks help students build confidence, deepen character, and grow as compassionate, curious learners rooted in the Sacred Heart Goals.
Internships: Real-World Learning in Action

In Grades 7 and 8, boys take part in our hallmark Internship Program, gaining hands-on experience that builds responsibility, confidence, and career awareness. Seventh graders serve in internal roles across the school, supporting teachers, mentoring younger students, and helping with operations. Eighth graders take their learning into the community, interning in local businesses and professional environments. These internships are meaningful and formative, giving boys the chance to apply their strengths in authentic settings.
Capstone Class Trips: Travel with Purpose

Our annual class trips are more than just travel. They are transformative. These Capstone Experiences to cities like St. Louis, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. blend history, service, and exploration in a multi-day format that strengthens bonds and broadens perspectives. Each journey builds independence and leadership while connecting deeply to the classroom and Sacred Heart values.
These Signature Programs, supported by a rich framework of project-based learning and off-campus exploration, ensure that boys leave Kensington Hall not only academically prepared, but confident, compassionate, and ready to lead.
