The ELEVATE Program at Academy of the Sacred Heart is designed for elite student-athletes, musicians, artists, performers, and beyond in Grades 5-8 (boys and girls) and Grade 9 (girls) who strive for excellence both in the classroom and in competition. This innovative program provides a flexible, personalized academic structure that supports training, development, and competition schedules while maintaining academic rigor and connection to school life. ELEVATE empowers students to achieve their goals, building confidence, character, and community through faith, friendship, and the full Sacred Heart experience.

Flexible for High Performers

The Right Fit for Your Student

The ELEVATE Program is built to meet students where they are, on the field, in the dance studio, at the chessboard, or on the go. Two options offer the same academic excellence and community connection, tailored to different training needs.

  • Preferred Partner Program.  If the student participates with one of our preferred trainers, the school will provide transportation to/from the training facility.
     

  • Independent Program.  A student may participate in training of their choosing; however, the school will not provide transportation to/from the training facility.

How Does it Work?

ELEVATE has a schedule to accommodate training, development, school, and social responsibilities and opportunities. 

  • Grade 5-8 School Schedule (boys and girls): Students attend full-day school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ELEVATE Days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with study hall starting at 7:00 a.m. and classes until 12:10 p.m. Training from 12:40–3:10 p.m.

  • Grade 9 School Schedule (girls): Students attend full-day school on Thursday. ELEVATE Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (first three academic blocks), with optional late arrival for the last three blocks. Departure at 1:30 p.m. for training.

ELEVATE was created to meet a growing need among high-performing, competitive students who want to pursue elite training and development without sacrificing academic rigor, faith, or community. Rooted in Sacred Heart’s tradition of individualized education, this program extends our mission of meeting students where they are while helping them grow in purpose and character.

  • Mission-Driven Flexibility: Builds on Sacred Heart's long history of supporting students with customized schedules, now offered through a structured, values-based program.

  • Culture Preserved: Enrollment is intentionally limited (no more than five girls and five boys per grade) to ensure the core Sacred Heart experience remains vibrant and connected.
