The ageless wisdom of St. Madeleine Sophie inspires the work we do each and every day at Academy of the Sacred Heart. She inspired our mission to educate students to learn, serve, and lead with confidence, self-awareness, and integrity. She inspired our deeply rooted values of our Goals and Criteria to educate to a personal and active faith in God, a deep respect for intellectual values, a social awareness which impels to action, the building of community as a Christian value, and a personal growth in an atmosphere of wise freedom. And she inspires us to always support her work by making known the Society’s motto: “Cor unum et anima una in Corde Jesu” - One Heart and One Mind in the Heart of Jesus.

Our work continues to focus on growing the Academy of the Sacred Heart experience through three Strategic Priorities:

• Align and Refine our Approach to Teaching and Learning (Priority I)

• Cultivate Culture and Community (Priority II)

• Expand Organizational Capacity (Priority III)

• ensures that we can continue to invest in the curricular, programmatic, and professional development initiatives of Priority I; 

• funds more competitive compensation and benefits that allow us to hire and retain outstanding faculty and staff that ensure Priority II progress; and 

• allows us to self-fund tuition assistance, classroom renovation, deferred maintenance, and marketing and branding campaigns that ensure the continued growth of Priority III.
