During this period of remote learning, the Academy's ITHelpdesk continues to be available to students, faculty and staff. The ITHelpdesk is staffed from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Emails to ITHelpdesk@ashmi.org are placed into a ticketing system and allow issues to be addressed by Samantha Watha or Dino Vandenheede. 

Phone Calls

Calls outside normal staffing hours will be recorded to voicemail and delivered via email.
