Susan Maxwell, RSCJ, (Head of School 1974-1984), returned to Bloomfield Hills to share memories and renew friendships with trustees, alums, parents, faculty and staff. Pamela Mooradian Cumberland’72
Pam’s Oakland County home was recently featured in the Homestyle section of the Detroit News. She undertook a renovation project designed to open up her 20-year-old ranch home. Now the fuchsia-pink front door leads to an interior of bright colors including tangerine, chartreuse and aqua blue. To read about the changes and view the interior of the home, use this link.
Andrea is now living in Portland, Oregon. She finished her BS in nursing at Wayne State University in December 2011 and is now working as a private duty nurse.
Stephanie recently resigned from the Advertising Sales Department at The Economist and is now an Advertising Sales Representative at Elsevier Publishing Company in New York.
Nearing the end of her time at Northwestern for her MFA in Stage Design, Sarah will be traveling to Paris, France with her parents and younger sister, Beth’09 for 10 days this summer. It will be Beth's first time on a major international trip, and Sarah is thrilled to share the experience with her. Also this summer Sarah will be working for Todd Rosenthal (Tony Award Winner for Best Scenic Design 2008, "August: Osage County") and Walt Spangler in their studios. She plans to defend her thesis portfolio mid-September. In the fall, Sarah will have two shows opening: "She Loves Me", a musical, at Anderson University in Indiana, and "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" at her alma mater, Hope College in Holland, MI.
Sarah and her boyfriend, Judah, will be running the 2012 Chicago Half Marathon on September 9th with Team World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization that helps bring clean water to families in Africa. It is her first time running in a race, and she's very excited! They are currently training, and also working to raise $1,000 for WorldVision.
