Choosing the best school and initiating the admissions process is a significant decision for parents and students. The admissions experience at the Academy of the Sacred Heart is a thoughtful, comprehensive process that honors the seriousness of such a choice for both the school and the applicant family.
The steps to admission vary, depending on the grade level of the student. We encourage prospective students to spend a day of classes (or a half day for younger students) with us and parents to schedule a tour of the campus. There are many opportunities to experience the difference of a Sacred Heart education throughout the year. Come to any of the "Our House Is Always Open" events.
Following your visit, the process includes:
- a completed application and a signed Records Release Form for Grades 2-12
- an age-appropriate entrance evaluation
Parents seeking admission to Sacred Heart are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office in the fall of the year prior to the desired admission date. Applications are not accepted more than one year in advance.
The Academy of the Sacred Heart offers tuition assistance to qualified students based on their family’s need. Applicants for tuition assistance are asked to complete a Parents’ Financial Statement, which is submitted directly to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service.
