A welcome letter from the Benefit 2011 Chairs . . .
Dear Friends,
We are pleased to announce the Academy of the Sacred Heart’s 55th annual benefit auction, Wild at Heart – Benefit 2011. We would love to have you join us in the activities, events and opportunities for involvement that the Benefit offers.
Fundraising is one of the ways each of us can secure the future of our school. Through your support we are able to meet the challenge of providing excellence in education for the students of the Academy of the Sacred Heart.
This year brings many changes. As the Academy makes thoughtful changes to compete in the current economic times, so will the Benefit Committee. We hope to bring some fun, new events, all the while strengthening our bonds of community.
We will kick off this year’s events with a Girls' Night Out Gift Gathering. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 27! It should prove to be a unique and memorable evening hosted by your Auction Committee!
Next, we roll into the holiday season. To simplify and help “time-manage” our hectic lives at Christmas, we will be holding an online auction in the beginning of December for some wonderful and unique auction items. This will be a great and easy way to get some shopping done for the holidays while supporting ASH! Watch for more information to follow.
Finally, you won’t want to miss the Wild at Heart Patron Party and Main Event, which will be held March 12, 2011 at the lovely Oakland Hills Country Club. It will be a fabulous evening of special auction items, including an incredible live auction featuring one-of-a-kind experiences. Guaranteed to be a FUN evening with old friends and new alike!
The Benefit Magazine is given to all attendees of the Patron and Main Events. Advertising in the magazine is one way to honor your child. Let them know how proud you are! An advertising contract has been included for your use. Click on the following link for additional parent and business advertising forms, which can also be obtained in the Development Office.
The children of the Academy of the Sacred Heart are the true beneficiaries of the generosity of you, our benefactors. Please also consider all the ways in which you can support the benefit:
