The Tuition Refund Plan at the Academy was established to help reduce the financial loss for parents should a student not complete the academic year due to any of the following reasons:

Medical Absence
-
Non-Medical Withdrawal
-
Dismissal
Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is required by the Academy for:

Families electing the two-payment plan
-
Families electing the ten-payment plan
-
Families receiving tuition assistance
Please note, these fees are included in the tuition numbers above; however, they may appear as separate line items when billed.
- Full pay by March 27, 2013 - $300 discount
- Full pay by April 30, 2013 - $250 discount
- Full pay by May 31, 2013 - $200 discount
- Two-payment plan (May and November) - $100 discount at receipt of second payment
- 11-payment plan (May 2013 - March 2014)
The Academy of the Sacred Heart reservation agreement states: "If enrollment is cancelled after June 3, parents or guardians financially responsible for students are obligated to pay full tuition charges.”
