The Tuition Refund Insurance Program at the Academy was established as an insurance policy to help reduce the financial loss for parents should a student not complete the academic year due to any of the following reasons:
Medical Absence
Non-Medical Withdrawal
Dismissal
Participation in the Tuition Refund Insurance Program is required by the Academy for:
Students electing the August/January payment plan
Students enrolled in the TuitionPay monthly payment plan
Students receiving tuition assistance
Tuition Payment Options
One payment due August 1
Two payments due August 1 & following January 15
The Academy of the Sacred Heart reservation agreement states: "If enrollment is cancelled after June 1, parents or guardians financially responsible for students are obligated to pay full tuition charges.”
*Project Term costs represent additional fees incurred and are not included in the above tuition fees.
**Only those parents who pay tuition in full by August 1st may decline this coverage.
