Intramural sports at the Academy of the Sacred Heart allow students to participate in an organized athletic program to broaden skills in a particular sport. Students build the necessary self-confidence to move into an interscholastic sport in a competitive atmosphere of peers while learning the crucial skills of fair play and teamwork.
